Nir Mor serves as Co- Founder & Principal at Hanover Capital playing a vital role in identifying and securing lending opportunities.
Before establishing Hanover Capital, Mr. Mor was a Managing Director at a boutique real estate investment sales firm located in Manhattan. During this tenure, he successfully closed sales exceeding $120 million and was instrumental in the sale of over 700,000 square feet spanning various asset types. His clientele encompassed both private high-net-worth individuals and institutional investment firms, assisting them with acquisitions and dispositions. Previously, Nir held an Asset Manager and Acquisition Associate role for a family office with a diverse portfolio of mixed-use assets throughout New York City. His responsibilities included rent collections, oversight of renovations, and spearheading new investment sourcing. With a career spanning over a decade in real estate, Nir has made significant investments in both real estate and mortgages.
Nir holds a Master's degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance & Investment from New York University, complemented by a BA in Economics from Queens College.

Prior to co-founding Hanover Capital, Mr. Mor served as a Managing Director at a boutique real estate investment sales firm in Manhattan where he successfully closed in excess of $400 million of sales and played a key role in the sale of over 700,000 square feet across various asset classes within New York City and its surrounding boroughs.
Nir holds a Master's degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance & Investment from New York University, complemented by a BA in Economics from Queens College.
Principal & Co-Founder
Mr. Abraham leads Hanover’s general growth, daily strategy and execution. More specifically, he oversees all elements of loan execution including underwriting, deal-structuring and institutional and investor relationships. Mr. Abraham's real estate experience spans the ownership and management of a core New York City multi-family portfolio valued in excess of $750 million and has overseen the redevelopment of over 40 buildings and renovation of over 600 units.
Mr. Abraham holds an MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester.
Principal & Co-Founder
Mr. Ben-Yehuda oversees the management and servicing of Hanover’s portfolio. In this capacity, he guides portfolio management, oversees investor relations and manages all legal and compliance related to the loan process. Mr. Ben-Yehudas real estate background encompasses the asset management, accounting, investor relations and reporting of a real estate private equity platform in partnership with Mr. Abraham.
Mr. Ben-Yehuda holds a BA in Economics from Boston University with a Minor in Business Administration and Management.
